No. Because all BassBoss apparel and baits are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing time depends on the product:

  • Custom apparel: Usually ships within 3–7 business days.

  • Handmade bait: Usually ships within 2–5 business days.
    Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

4. Are all BassBoss baits handmade?

Yes. Every bait is made by hand with care, unique color patterns, and high-quality materials.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text (depending on checkout details).

6. Do you offer rush or priority shipping?

Yes, when available. Shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout. Processing time still applies.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update it.
If it has already shipped, BassBoss is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

8. Will my custom item look exactly like the photo?

Because each item is handmade or custom-printed, slight variations in color, design placement, or pattern are normal and expected. Every piece is one-of-a-kind.

For best results:

  • Wash inside-out

  • Use cold water

  • Hang dry or tumble low
    This keeps your print looking sharp and long-lasting.
